Trash Cuisine is a play about violence and, in particular, about the ability of society, a group or an individual to take the life of another. Belarus Free Theatre was founded in 2005 under Europe’s last surviving dictatorship; the company is one of the most outspoken critics of Belarus’s repressive regime.

Housed in a 700 year old monastery just outside Spoleto, Italy, the center hosts artist residencies and workshops led by internationally renowned art professionals every summer.

With tributes to The Harkness Foundation for Dance, Mertz Gilmore Foundation and The Jerome Robbins Foundation for supporting La MaMa Moves! since its inception. Proceeds from the benefit will greatly assist La MaMa in producing the 10th La MaMa Moves! dance festival this May 21 – June 21, 2015. The festival has showcased the work of approximately 400 emerging and seasoned choreographers since its beginnings.
