Our spacious rehearsal studios, conveniently located at 47 Great Jones St.—one block from the theaters—provide plenty of natural light, free Wi-Fi, pianos, and can be used for rehearsals, workshops, readings, and classes.
LA MAMA GALLERIA (Rental)
La MaMa Galleria, our storefront gallery space at 47 Great Jones St., can be used for art exhibits, readings, holding for TV and film, as well as a showroom during New York Fashion Week, and pop-up shops during the holiday season.

The Club is located on the 2nd Floor of the newly restored building at 74A East 4th Street. The Club is an enchanting cabaret space perfect for intimate evenings of theater and music, readings, and unusual performances. The Club makes an excellent presentation or meeting space as well.
THE DOWNSTAIRS THEATRE
The Downstairs Theatre is located at 66 East 4th Street on the basement level. A perfect space for theater, dance and other performances. It is also ideal for holding for TV and Film shoots, and is the perfect intimate venue for a party, meeting or gathering.
COMMUNITY ARTS SPACE
Located on the 3rd Floor of the newly renovated building at 74A East 4th Street, the Community Arts Space is a beautiful and flexible small white box theater and workshop space.
