Levern Williams


Levern, known as Levern Williams the Entertainer a versatile performing artist/Jazz stylist; has been compared to Nat King Cole by critics; “Levern flaunts a unique, exuberant style that is undoubtedly his own”, they added.

Levern’s performance repertoire includes: appearances at Jazz at the Crypt-NYC, Cleopatra’s Needle-NYC, Londel’s Restaurant and super Club-NYC and La Mama; film (Cotton Club, Times Square, and The Wiz); Broadway (Tremonisha -Scott Joplin’, Selma and Camoflague); and has toured internationally with stops in Western Africa (inter- continental Hotels); Paris, France (Inter-continental Hotels); South America, México, Panamá and Brazil.

Tevin Thomas


Tevin Thomas, A talented producer, songwriter and keyboard artist, could easily make music his fulltime career. But this educator, who works mostly with autistic students, is passionate about teaching and as a teacher, has joined a select group of musicians who have been nominated for an Academy Award. Tevin Thomas co-wrote song “Raise it Up,” from the movie August Rush, was nominated for an Oscar in the Best Original Song category in 2007.

A bit of a child musical prodigy, Thomas recalls his first gig, playing at age 14 in a small jazz band at a Tulsa YMCA with Robert and Charlie Wilson. Tevin has played keyboard “all over the world” with the likes of flautist Bobbi Humphrey; the rhythm-and-blues hitmaker Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds and Ornette Coleman, the godfather of avant-garde jazz. Tevin has worked with or performed in concerts with a host of artist including: 802, Aisha Wonder, Ashford and Simpson, Bloodstone, Craig Harris, Dionne Warwick, Gary Bartz, Gary Byrd, Impact Repertory Theatre, Jay-Z, Jeff Redd, Mary J. Blige, Nile Rodgers, Reverend Run, Roberta Flack.
