Hawthorne Valley Farm & Art is a mixed-media exhibition of works inspired by life on our 400-acre biodynamic farm in rural Columbia County, NY, on display for three weeks at La MaMa La Galleria in the Bowery neighborhood of Manhattan.
Participating artists include: Pamela Dalton, Dan Devine, Leif Garbisch, Jill Jakimetz, Harry Lazare, Thomas Locker, Abe Madey, Shelia Mahut, Jason Middlebrook, Martina Muller, Patrick Stolfo, Lawre Stone, Laura Summer, Helen Suter, and the Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School Class of 2017.

La Galleria: Volodymyr Klyuzko “Kylyms”

Kyiv artist, Volodymyr Klyuzko will show his “Kylyms,” a kaleidoscopic interpretation of nature in Ukraine, in which photographic images replace the actual threads used in making the carpets. Klyuzko utilizes a photo remix technique to transform representa- tional photography into non-representational geometric patterns.

Nobles & Savages, a group exhibition featuring works by three artists represented by RARE: Johnston Foster, Dionisios Fragias, and Eamon O’Kane. Their works reference the noble side of man as well as a darker side that often obscures and interferes with his better instincts.
