About the Program
“Studies in Puppet Form,” conducted by Federico Restrepo, introduced seniors to the use of puppetry in dance. Participants learned how to use the body and puppetry to communicate character and action, and improve body control and body language. They collaboratively developed a short puppet and movement performance that highlights their own stories.
