DANIEL DUREN is a playwright from St. Paul, Minnesota. His work has been
performed in New York City and Minneapolis. Most recently he was awarded “Best
Play” for Self Tape by The Downtown Urban Arts Festival following its performance at
Theatre Row. Somnium was first conceived at the Nationals: 24 Hour Play Festival, and
later developed at Yaddo and Hermitage. His audio thriller, Give Me A Wildfire, will
premiere across podcast platforms later this spring. He works under the mentorship of
Samuel D. Hunter and lives in New York.
