Community Arts Space is a beautiful and flexible small white box theater and workshop space. Complete with a beautiful outdoor terrace and small pantry, it makes a lovely setting for unique performances, workshops, rehearsals, or a party, meeting, or gathering.

It is also a singular shooting location for TV and Film, and an impressive and beautiful space to host your next Gala, Holiday or Birthday Party.

Can be used for art exhibits, readings, holding for TV and film, as well as a showroom during New York Fashion Week, and pop-up shops during the holiday season.
