Nicky Paraiso is Director of Programming, The Club at La MaMa, and Curator, La MaMa Moves! Dance Festival since its inception in Spring 2006. Nicky has been a La MaMa artist since 1979, performing most notably in the work of vanguard artists Jeff Weiss, Meredith Monk, Yoshiko Chuma, Anne Bogart, Carrie Carlos, Jessica Hagedorn, Robbie McCauley, among many others.
