What happens when we are not listened to, when otherness is perceived as a threat and not as an opportunity?
Join us at CultureHub for the New York premiere of [ÒDIO] a new documentary film by Daniela Nicolò and Enrico Casagrande (MOTUS). The film, based on interviews with young people who, having experienced violence, end up directing it towards their own bodies and peers. With this work, and the parallel theatrical performance, MOTUS delves into these dark territories, trying to put a finger on the wound to trace back to the origin of certain aggressive and excluding dynamics, by listening to the inner paths that generate them.
